Why do you believe the levy did not pass?

This requires a rather varied response if we are going to capture the reasons the levy failed to pass. If ever there was a "Perfect Storm" regarding negative economic factors, we are experiencing that in Ohio, the country and in the world. Secondly, the complexity of the OSFC process and Willard's participation in it fully by building three new buildings caught some individuals "off guard" and perhaps unaware of need. If the district is to prepare young people with cutting edge technology and to really prepare them for the furious pace of change in the world today, changes have to be made. To make a long story shorter...There is a need to make the community more aware of the challenges and needs of education today. The answer is complex...in a very difficult climate...yet, the needs will still exist.
